Yes. Every piece is checked before it leaves us, and anything that carries manufacturer documentation ships with that documentation included. If you ever have reason to doubt a piece you bought from us, contact us and we will resolve it.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). If you are ordering from outside South Africa, your bank or card issuer will convert at their own rate on the day.
Yes. We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. Import duties, VAT or customs charges raised by the destination country are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Within South Africa, expect 2 to 3 business days to main centres and 3 to 5 to outlying areas. Elsewhere in Africa is typically 5 to 10 business days, and international orders 7 to 14 business days. All estimates run from dispatch, not from when you place the order.
Our rings are listed in UK and South African lettering, currently P through U. If you fall between two sizes, order the larger of the two. If you are buying as a surprise gift and have no idea, message us before ordering and we will talk you through the usual ways of finding out.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Sealed fragrance cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons, unless it is faulty. Full detail is on our returns page.
Payments are processed through Payfast, which supports credit and debit cards, instant EFT and other South African payment methods. We never see or store your card details.
Every order ships in GB Amora packaging, so it is ready to give as it arrives. If it is going directly to the recipient and you would like the invoice left out, say so in the order notes.
