Nothing. Shipping is free on every GB Amora order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum spend and no threshold to reach. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Orders placed before 12:00 SAST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
All estimates run from dispatch rather than from the moment you order, and exclude any time a parcel spends held in customs.
Orders above R10,000 are sent signature required. Someone will need to be present to receive the parcel, so please give us an address where that is practical. A workplace address is often easier than a home one.
For orders shipped outside South Africa, any import duty, VAT or customs handling fee charged by the destination country is payable by the recipient and is not included in our price. These are set by your own government and we have no way to calculate or absorb them in advance. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the goods but not the return carriage.
Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. We dispatch quickly, and once a parcel is with the courier we usually cannot redirect it. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we will do what we can.
If tracking has not moved for more than five business days, or a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier.
